Conference pass also includes all event meals and access to multiple social events and parties exclusive to Zumapalooza.

Zumapalooza 2018 Terms & Conditions:
To cancel your registration, login to your Zumapaloooza registration and click cancel registration. You may also send a cancellation request to the Zumapalooza Events Team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your first name, last name and company name in your request. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone or through any other employees. Zumapalooza 2018 cancellations & no-shows will incur the fees outlined below and will be charged to the credit card on file:
- Cancel on or before August 31, 2018: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancel between September 1, 2018 – September 17, 2018: Full refund, less $199 refund-processing fee.
- No refunds will be granted after September 17, 2018.
- Conference no shows: No refunds will be granted.
We reserve the right to verify your relationship with NexusTek and/or Zumasys to determine if your attendance to Zumapalooza 2018 is appropriate.
