Overview
Zumapalooza, Zumasys popular Customer Solutions Summit is a fun technology event that is centered around our love of music, culture, relationships and of course TECHNOLOGY! We've redesigned this year's agenda to help you reduce expenses and gain efficiencies by utilizing your existing infrastructure in new and creative ways. We've added more breakout sessions, more emerging technologies and more opportunities to network with your peers, our staff and our preferred vendor partners.

Sunday morning we'll kick-off the event with our annual golf scramble (with boxed lunch) followed by our Sunday Evening Reception on the hotel's Sunset Terrace. Monday will be packed with exciting keynotes, informative breakout sessions and a vendor expo with more than 40 vendors including VMware, NetApp, Shoretel, HP, IBM, SonicWALL, LifeSize, Citrix, TigerLogic, Symantec and more. We’ll top off the evening with our signature Zumapalooza party—a Rock’n Roll-themed event that is sure to make you get up and sing! Our final night party would not be the same without your participation—dress up as your favorite rock-star and win big prizes! Tuesday will conclude with additional breakout sessions and a tour of Zumasys’ new facility and Solutions Center (transportation will be provided).

Location
Zumapalooza 2009 will be held at the fantastic Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa in Newport Beach (900 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA, 92660). With sweeping views of the ocean and just steps from Fashion Island, the Marriott is a great place to meet. The newly remodeled hotel offers a whole new take on coastal living with sleek, modern style. Discover world-class shopping, explore nearby Laguna Beach, play at Disneyland and more. So come early or stay late with the family and enjoy the best that Southern California has to offer.

Travel & Accomodations
Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare. Orange County Airport (SNA) is located just 5 miles SW of the Hotel. There will be a complimentary shuttle available however if you prefer a taxi, they run about $15 one-way. Long Beach Airport is 25 miles North of the hotel (taxi runs about $45) and LAX is about 45 miles North (taxi runs about $110).

Zumasys will cover 2 nights lodging for guests who live outside of the local area and will handle all hotel reservations even for nights not covered by the complimentary package. Please do not contact the Marriott directly as we have secured a preferred rate of $179/night single or double occupancy that will go into effect as part of your online registration. The hotel will ask you for a credit card upon check-in for any additional nights and/or incidentals. Additional delegates or spouses may attend but airfare and lodging support is limited to one person per company.
